The story of the Krapi kitchen is built of seasonal variation and fresh Finnish ingredients from the surrounding earth, water and forests. Krapi grounds hold their own smokehouse, butchery and bakery. Everything on your plate is homemade  with pride and joy. Krapi dining room is set with a delicious and genuine Finnish handmade feast of the season … a delicious Finnish story.

Smoked lamb with rhubarb compote, country style pãté with sinnamon seasoned carrots,
Smoked Native Cattle neck with spruce sprout syrup
Salmon tartare with Krapi’s rye bread
and marinated cucumbers with pea purée and roe of lavaret

Asparagus mousse with asparagus salad
and summer carrots with lemon and sorrel sauce

Braised fennel with grilled cherry tomatoes
and tomato and sage sauce with crispy Savoy cabbage (vegan)

Fried black salsify with carrot sauce and bean pesto
with summer vegetables and roasted pumpkin kernels (ask for vegan)

Mannerheim style smoked trout I`lmpériale with Duchesse potatoes,
asparagus with truffle oil, rainbow trout roe, crayfish tails and lobster sauce
Breast of duck with red onion compote
and potato puré with raspberry sauce and roasted almonds

Grilled fillet of beef with smoked red wine sauce
and fried mushrooms with roasted summer potatoes
